any vehicle or cause or permit any

vehicle to remain at rest in or upon

any premises of the railway or on any

station approach road or entrance under

the control of the general manager.".

Revocation and replacement of regulation 47.

19.

Regulation 47 of the principal regulations is

revoked and replaced by the following regulation

"Prohibition of vehicles in

pedestrian

areas.

47. No person shall drive any

vehicle or ride any vehicle or animal in

or upon any premises of the railway, or

any road or pathway under the control of

the general manager, set aside for the

exclusive use of pedestrians.".

Revocation and replacement of regulation 49.

20. Regulation 49 of the principal regulations is

revoked and replaced by the following regulation

"Carrying of arms and ammunition.

(Cap. 238.)

49. (1) Subject to paragraph (3),

any person carrying or having in his

possession any arms or ammunition on a

train or railway premises shall, if required

to do so by the general manager or any

railway employee authorized by him, produce

for inspection the licence issued in

respect of the arms or ammunition under

the Arms and Ammunition Ordinance.
