"Vehicle drivers

to obey directions.

44 The driver of any vehicle, which

is in or upon any station, yard or other

premises of the railway, shall obey the

directions of a railway employee authorized

by the general manager in that behalf and

comply with all signs and signals exhibited

for the regulation of vehicles therein.".

"Driving of vehicles on railway premises.

45. No person shall drive any vehicle,

or ride any vehicle or animal, in or upon

any station, yard or other premises of

the railway in a manner dangerous to

others or in excess of a speed determined

by the general manager and

by signs.".
