(b) inserting the following paragraph

for carriage by the railway, and rates

accepted for such carriage, subject to the

condition that room is available on trains

for such carriage."

Revocation and

replacement

6.

Regulation 11 of the principal regulations is

of regulation revoked and replaced by the following regulation

11.

"Use of tickets.

11. Unless a ticket is endorsed for use on

a particular train, the holder of a ticket may

use the ticket to travel on any train on the

day on which the ticket is issued."

Amendment of regulation 12.

7.

Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is

amended by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) and

substituting the following paragraphs

#(b) notwithstanding any endorsement on his

ticket as to use on a particular train,

use the ticket to travel on any other

train on the day on which the ticket is

issued if a station master so permits; or

(c) obtain, under regulation 12A(3) or (4),

a refund of the fare paid for the ticket.".
