When I was last in Hong Kong you kindly offered to arrange for me to visit the Polytechnic and to meet some of your staff on my next visit. I now propose to be in Hong Kong between 14 and 20 April and would very much like to take you up on your offer if I may. If this is not inconvenient to you, Mrs Shelley Lau in the Governor's Private Office at Government House will be looking after my programme and so perhaps you could fix up a time with her.
