Mr Stewart has suggested that bn return from Hong Kong I should stop over in Bangkok for 24 hours to call on Mr Làw, Counsellor, Hong Kong Affairs, at the Embassy.

2. At present I am booked to leave Hong Kong on BA 004 an 12 May. If agreement to this visit is given I should still like to leave Hong Kong on 12 May for Bangkok, stay one night and leave Bangkok for London on 13 May.
