When you were running the off-course betting stall, where

did you run it from?

At Kwun Tong.

How did you come to meet Yuen Yin?

When we had tea together at Kowloon City because we are all engaged in unorthodox business and he was introduced to me

by other persons.

At that time you were not in any business at all. You said

you were unemployed?

When he asked me to assist him I was unemployed.

PH6 Lam Yu Fan Affirmed in Punti, states:

I appear here today under subpoena. I have previously made

a statement to ICAC.

Mr. Sceats: If you tell His Honour truthfully all matters relating

to charges before Court no prosecution would be brought

against you in relation to these matters you speak in

Court.

Amnesty is same as what I described yesterday in relation

to P5.
