Apply for further examination of witness to be reserved

on 2 counts.

Court: Request rejected because this means that trial will be

lengthened 2 other witnesses' examination had already

been reserved but this was allowed because documents

might have to be considered.

Mr. Gunston: Ask that witness be fingerprinted.

ir. Sceats: Ask that if criminal record is disclosed witness

be recalled only on that matter and not cross- examination at large.
