was recorded on foolscap paper by me and Chow. First of all he was shown an allotment form. This is the allotment form. I showed form to Mr. Thompson and asked him if he recognized that. He said "Yes I do". I indicated a signature "Is this your signature?" and he said: "Yes it is". I indicated account No. in Part II and said "Look at this account No." He said: "I am saying nothing unless my lawyer is present. (Document produced for identification PP10). He was shown copy of a letter to Hong Kong Bank regarding his Standing instructions. It was what I would describe as a photostat copy. (Document shown to witness.) That is the document. I showed document to Mr. Thompson and asked him if he had any comment to make and he did not give any reply. (Exh. PP11). He was shown another letter to the Hong Kong Bank. It was again what I would describe as a photostat copy. This is the document. Again I showed it to him and asked him if he had any comment to make and he did not reply. (Exh. PP12). I then proceeded to show him a number of bank documents. They were Wing Lung Bank bank drafts application forms. This document dated 21/10/71 was the first one shown to Mr. Thompson. The memo. was together with the document. (Exh. PP13). This document dated 30/10/71 was the 2nd one shown to Mr. Thompson. He made no reply. There was a memo attached to that document. (Exh. PP14). Document dated 25/1/72 was shown to Ir. Thompson and attached to that was exchange memo. No comment was made by Mr. Thompson. Ech. FP15). Document dated 23/2/72 was shown to Mr. Thompson. The date on documents 'was 25/7/72. Mr. Thompson made no comments on these documents. I produce bundle of drafts and application forms. (Exls PP19 A to J). After showing him drafts and application forms I showed him some other drafts and application forms dated 24/8/72. Mr. Thompson did not make any comments or reply. (Exhs. PP20 A & B).
