He did not make any comments. (Exhs. PP21 A to H). I produced 2 drafts and forms dated 20/6/72. These were produced to him after the Wing Lung drafts. These were the first documents from Hang Song Bank shown to him. (Bxhs. PP22 A & B). Before completion of production of these documents to lir. Thompson I also showed him copy of Section 14 notice together with his reply. I asked him if in view of drafts shown to him he wished to make any comments on his reply and he did not. I paid to him "It seems you have committed an offence of perjury" and asked him if he had any comment to make and I told him he need not say anything. He did not reply. Later that day sometime during the afternoon I cautioned Mr. Thompson.

Only reason I could think of is individual occupying house failed to fill in fom sent by electoral authority.
He was under 21 or 18?
Yes.
He was an alien or citizen of Republic of Ireland? Yes.
He could be in another electoral roll?
Yes.

Does some apply to telephone directory?
Yes,
with probably more exceptions. There are certain classes of people who ought to be in electoral roll whether he appears on telephone directory or not.
