PROGRESS MADE & PRESENT POSITION

(b) A special meeting was held on

20.12.76 between Dr. Bidwell of the Environmental Resources Limited (E.R.L.) and the Chairman and Sub- Committee Chairman of EPCOM to dis- cuss the timing regarding the completion of the E.R.L. study and their consultation documents and drafting instructions.

NEXT QUARTER TARGETS

(b) A special meeting

will be arranged in late February for the Chairman and Su Committee Chairman of EPCOM to meet the E.R.L. consultants again to discuss the drafting of the final reports.

) An estimate is still awaited from

the developer of the cost of the terminal building so that the area of land of equivalent value which is to be granted to the developer may be calculated.

ship of the Principal Government Land Agent met for the first time
