I enclose copies of both the Additional Distribution and the Files list for your retention.

2. On outward drafts it is sufficient for you to write Files etc under "Distribution" and Hong Kong Power Station Froject under "Copies to". We will do the rest. We like to keep separate the two parts of the distribution, internal and external. By this means we can change the internal distribution from Files to Departmental or even to FCO as the substance of the telegram requires.
