I live at East End. I work as airline clerk for Prinair Airline.
On 19/1/77, I went to work. I saw accused on that day about 8.45 a.m. at
the Airport. He came to me at the counter. He told me he had an emergency
and he would like to get to St. Maarten. The next flight was 10.15 a.m. I 25
told him the flight was booked, so he would have to go on "Stand by". He

Accused left. Between 8.45 a.m. and about 10.00 he came back about 2 or 3
times and enquired about his seat. Told him flight was still booked. He had
no baggage whatsoever.
