was bolted by a nail.

On 19/1/77 I came out of my house about 7.00 a.m. Later I was
washing clothes infront of the house. At 8.15 a.m. I saw accused
running towards his home. He was wearing a blue short sleeve shirt 20
and a brown pants. He was running from the main road towards his
home.
