2. Madam TSOI Mui (H.K.I.C. No. C 153104), aged 56 (Prisoner.
step-mother) of No. 2 & No. 3, Nim Yuen
Village, Tung Chung, Lantao Island.
She also gave a favourable comment on the Prisoner though a bit on generous side. He had no particular had habits and the friends he brought back home were said to be not bad boys. Although he was not a clever student, he was rather submissive to the advice of parents and could maintain on good terms with his associates.
3. Madam KWAN Yip Tei (H.K.I.C. Na. Ć 153106), aged 32, (Prisoner's
blood sister) of Chung Hau, Tung Chung, Lantao Island.
She revealed that the Prisoner borrowed money from her occasionally. Although it was usually a small amount, she was led to believe that he had difficulty in his finance from time to time.. However, he was kind to her children and was responsible to his family.
4. Mr. LO Kau (HI.K.I.C. No. D 119448), aged 56, (The Prisoner's
maternal uncle) of Ma Wan Chung, Tung Chung, Lantao
Island.
Mr. LO pointed out that the Prisoner was a cheerful lad. He was easy to get along with people, both young and old. When he returned home, he seldom talked about his private affairs nor his working condition outside.
5. Mr. CHONG Chu Choi, aged 57 (The Chairman of the rural committee
of Tung Chung, Lantao Island, residing at Shek Moon Tak Village, Tung Chung, Lantao Island)
According to Mr. CHONG the Prisoner was a native of Tung. Chung whom he know when they were young. The Frisoner was smart and efficient. He created no trouble in his native place and had no sign of bad behaviour. He returned home irregularly but was keen to meet his friends when he returned. Mr. CHCNG thought that he would have been instigated by others to commit the present offence.
6. TSZ Kau, aged 25 (owner of a teahouse in Tung Chung, Lantao
Island) of Chung Hau, Tung Chung, Lantao Island.
Mr. TSZ was a former schoolmate of the Fris ner. Although the Prisoner was not a diligent student, he seldom created trouble in school. On the other hand, he was friendly, active and talkative. The Prisoner however seldom mentioned to him about his cutşide activities and working conditions.
7. Madam Mok Mui, aged 49, (a neighbour of Prisoner's family) of
No. 4, Nim Yuen Village, Tung Chung, Lantac Island.
Madam MOK Mui knew the Prisoner when he was a baby. She disclosed that the Prisoner was easily irritated by others. In fact he was a person of het temper but she believed that he could control himself most of times. Therefore he could maintain a good relationship with others.
