It seems clear that the attack was instigated and

organised by HO So-kuen, who was living with the girl in relation to whom the dispute arose.

RECOMMENDATION..

If His Excellency decides that the death sentence

should be commuted, I recommend that a sentence of imprisonment

for 18 years should be substituted.
