As regards persons who are applicants for registration as teachers or who are the subject of application for permits to employ them as teachers, and who
(i) have been educated in whole or part at a communist-controlled
school in Hong Kong; or
(ii) have been employed, or are currently employed, as teachers at a
communist-controlled school in Hong Kong;
A.R.(T) will inform A.R. (SD) when registration/issue of permit has taken place, and A.R. (SD) will inform D.S.B. accordingly.
