He pointed out that anyone who failed to re-register would
not be included in the new electoral roll, and would lose the opportunity
to vote in the next Urban Council elections.
Anyone whose name appears in the current register of electors,
and who has not yet received a notice of Sexennial Inquiry should check
the reason for the delay with the Registration Officer by telephoning
H-704619 or H-706406. Arrangements will then be made for a notice to
be sent as soon as possible.
It is hoped that everyone entitled to re-register will return
their forms before a campaign to register new electors starts towards
the end of March.
