(c)

On the grant of its licence the_third]

licensee shall pay to both the second

licensee and Television Broadcasts Limited a

sum equal to one sixth of the costs involved in

providing the additional facility.

(d) On the grant of its licence the fourth

licensee shall pay to the second licensee,

Television Broadcasts Limited and the third

licensee each a sum equal to one twelfth of the

costs involved in providing that facility.

(e) Notwithstanding paragraph (b), Television

Broadcasts Limited shall not be required to make

payment to the second licensee under that

paragraph if Television Broadcasts Limited has

already established for its own use a facility

which has been duplicated by the second licensee

and which the Television Authority directs shall

be utilized by all of the licensees, including

Television Broadcasts Limited.

(10) Any building constructed by the [second]

licensee on a transmitter site shall

(a) be constructed in accordance with the

requirements of the Building Authority under the

Buildings Ordinance (Chapter 123);
