(b) be provided with all of the standard station

facilities required for the separate operation of

the services specified above;

(c)

be constructed in such a manner as to ensure

that the technical areas allocated within the

building to the other licensees for the operation

of their transmitter equipment shall be

structually separate and provided with individual

means of access;

(d) provide separate accommodation within the

building with separate means of access for the

installation and maintenance of common plant

and equipment such as final aerial combining

units, standby generators, power distribution

switchboards and airconditioning plant;

(e) be constructed in such a manner that, in

the event of an equipment fire in one of the

individual equipment or generator rooms, the

fire will not be able to spread to any of the

other equipment or generator rooms; and

(f) provide suitable accommodation for staff

on an individual basis and adequate amenities

for the staff of each licensee at attended

transmitter stations.
