visit about that time.

Both from the Vice-Chancellor's point of view and our own we would of course like this idea to be firmed up as soon as possible i.e.:

(a)

Minister leaves London 10th April;

(b) Minister arrives and recovers 11th April;

(c) Minister available for engagements 12th

April.
