In the absence of George Foggon in Addis Ababa, I saw yesterday Harold Gibson, the General Secretary of the National Union of Hosiery and Knitwear Workers.
A point mentioned by him was that you have "announced that legislation will be introduced into the Assembly to create a Labour Court.
I wonder, therefore, if you would be kind enough to let me know whether any recent public statements have been made on this subject in Hong Kong and, if so, whether any indication has been given of the form such legislation would take.
