Lunch is from 12.45 to 1.45 p.m. and then there are three more hour-long instruction periods.
The school curriculum includes Criminal Law, Road Traffic Law, Evidence and Procedure, Police Administration and Procedure, Leadership Training, Drill and Musketry, Life Saving, Self-Defence and First Aid.
There are regular examinations and at the end of the course each Probationary Inspector has to pass a final examination. Before an officer can be confirmed he must pass a further examination during his first 3 year tour of duty.
