Despatch of Diplomatic Reports to Commonwealth Governments
7. Copies of diplomatic reports for Common- wealth Governments will be sent through Commonwealth Co-ordination Department and the appropriate British High Commissioner. Conditions of Supply

Diplomatic reports given "Q" distribution and those specially selected (paragraph b above will be communicated to Commonwealth Govern- ments informally and in confidence for the personal information of Ministers and senior officials dealing with Foreign Affairs, and to their High Commissioners in London. They are not to be copied to any Commonwealth Missions abroad.
(Exceptionally, under arrangements agreed in 1952 and since modified, the Canadian Govern- ment may invite its representatives overseas to discuss the content of a particular print with the British representative concerned. Whether they are shown the text of the docu- ment will be for the discretion of our
representative).

Diplomatic Reports given "A" distribution will be communicated formally to Commonwealth
Governments for circulation within their
governments, subject to normal security
precautions.
