WHEREAS the provisional procedure may be limited to regulation

allocation

the apportionment of the Community quotas among Member States,

fixing a series of uniform rules for the issue of licences and

necesmiy providing for the possibility of setting up, if needed, a Community

reserve;

WHEREAS the implementation of the provisional procedure should

be carried out with close cooperation between the Commission and

Member States;

WHEREAS the possibility of amending this procedure before the

end of the transition period should be prescribed;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:-

Article 1

The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to imports of products

for which the Community, in an agreement with one or more third

Article 2
