This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 2nd August, 1967 of an article stating that all chiefs of the Hong Kong British authorities have fled and left their

deputies in charge; they are in a shaky state so they carry

out more violent measures; the actions of Hitler against the Jews is only one ten thousandth of what the Hong Kong Fritish have committed in Hong Kong. They must be beaten to the ground

and never allowed to rise again.

All defendants pleaded not guilty.

They were found guilty on the 7th September, 1967. The publication of the newspaper was suspended on the 17th August, 1967 and

suppressed for a period of 6 months with effect from the 7th September,

1967.

Sentences: 1.

run consecutively and the sentences on charges d,e,f,g,h and
