This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on

the 7th July, 1967 of an article stating that the broad masses

of students had begun to rise and that they would never accept

Gregg's enslavement education but will rise and, together with

the workers, bury the British imperialists.

This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on 9th July 1967 of an article stating that during the gunbattle

at Sha Tau Kok the Hong Kong British authorities fired on

the innocent villagers. That the anti-British persecution

waves are rising higher all the time and that the British

are as weak as the Portugese in Macau and if they do not

surrender they will be drowned alive in the ocean of the great

masses of the people.

f. Attempting to Cause Disaffection Amongst Members of the Hong Kong Police Force, Contrary to Section 62 Police Force Ord, Cap 232.

This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 9th July, 1967 of an article stating that the white-skinned Pig European Officers were hiding during the Sha Tau Kok incident and allowed the Chinese to be killed. Also although

the Europeans get higher salaries, they are in no way superior.

The Chinese Police are suppressed and should wake up and not

let the Europeans ride on their heads.

Attempting to Cause Disaffection Amongat Members of the Hong Kong Police Force, Contrary to Section 62 Police Force Ord,

Cap 232.

This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the

11th July, 1967 of an article stating that the Chinese Police

in Hong Kong are traitors and that they are carrying out the

orders of the British to kill their fellow Chinese and, if they

continue, they will invite destruction.

h. Sedition, Contrary to Section 4(1)(c) Sedition Ord, Cap 217.

This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 31st July, 1967 of an article stating that the Hong Kong and

Kowloon Vanguard Guerilla Group had issued handbills saying

they would carry on a "Tit for Tat" struggle against the

oppressors and urged all sons and daughters of China to rise up

and kill the enemy.
