Sedition, Contrary to Section 4(1)(c) Sedition Ora, Cap 217.

This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on

the 29th June, 1967 of an article stating that, in face of

national oppression of the Chinese nation by the British

imperialists in Hong Kong, all those who were unwilling to be

slaves should rise and crush the vicious British imperialists.

Sedition, Contrary to Section 4(1)(c) Sedition Ord, Cap 217. This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 1st July, 1967 of an article stating that the Hong Kong

British Imperialists were trying to create a massacre by

using Chinese against Chinese, the right wing running dogs were forming public security advancement associations and

that such persons should remember that national discipline-

would be used against them when the enemies had fallen.

Sedition, Contrary to Section 4(1)(c) Sedition Ord, Cap 217. This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 2nd July, 1967 of an article stating that since the May

incident the British authorities had been beating up and

slaughtering a great number of compatriots. They had used

their Chinese pawns to do it and now were prosecuting the

three Policemen to show that their laws were just. The law

of fascist executioners is no law for the people; it makes it

wrong to fight against violence, to love one's country, the persons assaulted are guilty and those who assault them
