Sedition Contrary to Section 4(1)(c) Sedition Ord, Cap. 217. This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 23rd June 1967 of an article as follows:- "New hostilities are added to the old rancours, compatriots, we wipe off our tears, rise up together, tear down the most evil British imperialists and bury the rotten and reactionary rule".

Sedition Contrary to Section 4(1)(c) Sedition Crd. Cap. 217. This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 23rd June 1967 of an article stating that the British authorities had refused to release the bodies of three martyrs Tsui Tin Po, Lai Chung and Tsang Hing thereby preventing them from having a proper burial, this was a great provocation to the compatriots.

Sedition Contrary to Section 4(1)(c) Sedition Ord. Cap. 217. This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 2nd June 1967 of an article stating that a fleet of Chinese Communist gunboats had taken up a position off Tung Ku and the Brothers Islands and had intercepted D.C. and I Launch No. 1. Fublication of Writing Calculated to Induce Persons to Commit an Offence. Contrary to Section 3(a) Control of Publications (Consolidation) Ord. Cap. 268.

This offence related to the publication by the newspaper on the 2nd August 1967 of an article stating on that morning 10 men had rushed into the Resettlement Office at Tsz Wan Shan broke all the windows and burned the official documents. Chinese Police Officers fearing they would be punished for not making an arrest had unlaw- fully arrested a 13 year old Chinese boy.
