5th Witness, LEUNG Mo Shum, Interpreter Translator attached to Special Branch, Hong Kong Police Force.
On 15th December, 1961, I saw S/Inspector Batts, Hong Kong
Police Force, at Chatham Road Compound. He gave me certain documents for translation. (Documents at Exhibit 'C' identified
by witness as those concerned.) I made translations of the se documents. (Translations at Exhibit 'C' identified by witness as
those concerned.) When I completed the translations I handed the Chinese originals and the translations to S/Inspector Batts.

6th Witness FU Chun a detainee on warrant under the Deportation
of Aliens Ordinance, at Chatham Road Compound.
I was arrested by Special Branch, Hong Kong Police Force
on 25th October, 1961. At the time of my arrest I was working in
the Colony against Mainland China on behalf of the Republic of
China in Taiwan. I was working for the Kuomingtang Party, 2nd
Section. During the course of my work I had an office at 4, Ko
Shan Road, 2nd floor. At the office I worked and kept certain
documents. I am aware that the documents in my office were seized
by the Police. (Shown documents at Exhibit 'C' - Chinese originals.
Identified them all as being documents in his office.) (Shown docu-
ments Exhibit 'C' Nos. 47 (1), (2) and (3), and No. 193 and asked to
