My telegram No.20: Possible Overflight.
In the light of further investigations, our view is that an overflight did not (repeat not) take place on 13 January.

This view is reinforced by a complaint received this morning via NCNA from the Shum Chun border authorities (obviously in response to our complaint of 8 January about stone throwing at the border) which inter alia mentions an alleged helicopter overflight on 5 January and a stone throwing incident on the evening of 13 January.
