The University will be well situated as far as communication is con- cerned. being sandwiched between the modern Shatin-Taipo Highway on the high level and the Kowloon- Canton Railway on the seaward side.

The site, about 13 miles from the urban area of heavily populated Kow- loon. rises in elevation from 30 feet abcre sea level to 560 feet. It is in a beautiful rural location, with high hills to the west as a backdrop.

Tolo Harbour to the East and Plover Cove across the sea to the North.

Probably no university in the world will have been built on such hilly ground and few will possess such a magnificent view.

The Trustees of Lingnan Universi- ty in New York have decided to assist the new Chinese University in establishing a business school.

One of the two consultants to assist Dr. C. M. Li. Vice-Chancellor

of the University, in planning the project arrived in Hong Kong last month.

He is Dr. Franklin E. Folts. pro- fessor of Industrial Management at the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Another consultant. Dr. Robert I. Chien, will will arrive this month. Dr. Folts is well known in Hong Kong business circles, having lectured here several times on advance business manage.
