Gleaming stainless steel of the safe deposit boxes makes a picture of its own.

Office partitions are movable and are of polished anodised aluminium framing with floor to ceiling glass panels in wire glass.

Doors and fixed panels are of walnut veneered multi-ply panels and are interchangeable.

Toilet accommodation. posting facilities. refuse shutes and fire fighting equipment on rising mains are provided on all floors and the bank's master clock system is ex- tended to include clocks in major offices and all lift halls.

All the offices are air-conditioned. the plant being located in the base- ment. It is of centrifugal refrigera- tion type supplying chilled water through insulated pipes to weather- makers on each floor.

Supply and return air ducts above suspended ceilings in corridors provide air-conditioned air to in- dividual offices.

The office and corridor floors are finished in heavy duty P.V.C. tiling. Telephone ducting grids are pro vided on all floors.
