The 2 additional posts of Typist and 1 post of Clerical Assistant are required by the Head Office Processing Section to cope with the increased work due to the increase in the number of registrations. The other post of Clerical Assistant is required to deal with the increased work in the Head Office Records Section.

The post of Cleaner has been deleted as it is proposed to make alternative arrangements in respect of the duties formerly performed by the occupant of the post.
