of poor exports and increased hedge-selling. The Government loan is not yet a market factor, although it would ultimately tighten the "Spot" situation.

CHICAGO WHEAT: Scattered commission house selling at the opening caused a decline. The volume of business was small and prices rallied on the absence of selling pressure.
