NONSIGNEES of Cargo are hereby
informed that all Goods are being landed at their risk into the hazardous and/or extra hazardous Godowns of the Bong Kong and Kowloon Wharf & Godown Company, Ltd. whence and/or from the wharves delivery way be obtained.
No Claims will be admitted after the Goods have left the Godown, and all Goods remaining undelivered after the 29th Dec, 183, will be subject to rent.
All claims against the vessel must be presented to the undersigned on.or before the 10th Jan, 1940, or they will not be recognized.
To comply with the General Bonded | Warehouse Regulations. Consignees must bare a Revonze Officer in atten- dance when damage. dutiable goods are examined.
All broken, chafed; and damaged Goods are to be left in the Godowns, where they will be examined on the 28th December, 1939, at 9 am. by Messrs. Carmichael & Clarke.
