In Sydney is a Chinese priest. Father Joseph Liu, who knows many a former war lord of his native land.
A scholarly man, with fluent command of Latin, Italian, French, Spanish and English as well as Chinese, Lau has spent the greater part of his life working as a mis- sionary among the peasants of Honan Province.
Provided with credentials from the Vatican and from the Apostolic Delegate to China, he is how travelling the world.
Father Liu told a "Sunday Sun" reporter interesting facts about the men who have been a power in Chinese affairs in the past 20 years:
