the During the past month, newly-formed Hongkong Chinese Women's Club has been engaged in manifold.activities. Since its in- ception, the members have worked willingly and are striving to bring the Club's name to the forefront in the realm of general service to China.

The recent presentation by the Club of the Chinese drama. "The Romance of the Western Cham- ber," has been rewarded with results far in excess of expecta- tions. The Chairman of the Club, Mrs. Li Shu-pul, spared no effört) in her endeavours to bring this beautiful drama before the public of Hongkong.

QUEEN MARIE'S HEART
