Hankow, Sept. 7. Japanese planes made visits to the Wuhan area in the month of August but suc ceeded to raid Hankow, Han- yang and Wuchant only, six times, resulting in 829 persons killed and 2,188 wounded, ac- cording to statistics compiled by the aviation authorities.
