Record Demand For Space
With still three months to go, the British Industries Fair of 1938 la assured of being an immensely bigger undertaking than even that' of this year. A record demand for 943,352 square feet of space has so far been recetyed by the Department of Overseas Trade.
Apart
from, the Birmingham section, the total area booked in, London for this year's fair was 537,400 square feet. Next year's fair is to be held from Feb. 21 to March 4 in Olympla and Earl's Court, London, and at Castle Bromwich, Birmingham.. -
Buyers from 30 countries have intimated their intention to visit the fair. Holland leads again. Belgium is second, and closely following is the Irish Free State. Then come France. Germany, Denmark, and Norway, in that order.
