Boy Scouts Group Of Seaforths

Mr. Champkin, in the course of his address to the Scouts, said the traditions of the Regiment were behind the colours and expressed the hope that they would keep the traditions of their forefathers. He also paid a glowing tribute to Mr. Edmondston who, he said, had done a lot for the Group during his stay in the Colony.
