POINT MEET

AT FANLING

Miss L. Fearon Wins

Ladies' Race

The Point-to-Point meeting of the Fanling and Race Club held at Sheungabul on Saturday provided fairly high dividends, the biggest being in the last race, when Glen- shee (Capt. Rybot) paid $86.80 to two. backers.

Mr. J. P. Murphy was unfortun- ate to be thrown at the last jump in the fourth race, but he did not -meet with any serious injury though he was badly shaken.

The Ladles Race provided the most thrilling spectacle, of the day when Tom Cobley (Miss Lois Fearon) won on the post from Darien (Mrs. Ackroyd-Hunt).
