NOTICE TO MARINERS
Pilot Ridge Light Vessel Removed
The Harbour Master has issued a notice to mariners to the effect that the Pilot Ridge Light Vessel In Latitude 20 degrees 51 minutes North and Longitude 87 degrees 62 minutes East will be removed from Station from about 15th October, next to 15th March 1935. No fur- ther notice wil be given except broadcast.

A Chinese boatman named Li Po Wa aged 24 years, master of Fishing Junk No. 6164V. appeared before Commander Hole at the Marine Court yesterday morning. charged with unlawfully loitering his boat within 100 yards of the west of the Naval Camber, KoW- loon, last Thursday afternoon.

For lying their boats in-shore at a distance of less than 100 yards from the Low Water Mark, düring prohibited hours at the east of Sai Kong and Hing Kee Wharves, with- out having the writen permission from the Harbour Master last Thursday night, Kwok Mol 83, mistress of Boat No. 3446V, and three others were each fined $20 or two weeks, 810 or one week res- | pectively It was stated by the Police that the third and fourth defendants had previous convic- tions.
