Wheat; Light rains in both the Winter and Spring wheat areas and the possibility of more cansed liquidation. Private reports indicate a serious moisture situation and the premium for May is increasing.
Cotton: The tone was irregular and unsteady during most of the day. There was considerable selling, with war creuited to Bombay and to do mestic mills. The rallying power of the market was feeble and sentiment wie mixed.
