The RMS. Empress of Russia arrived at Navasaki on November 5 at 7 am left that port on the same day at 1 pm was due at Shanghai on November 6 at 3 p.m., and will leave for Hong Kong on. November 7 at 7 a.m.

The Erebos was built by Messrs. Harland and Wolff at Govan, where she was completed in September, 1916. She served on the Dover Patrol until the Armistice, and took part in opera tions against Krondatadt in 1919. The Terror was built by Mesara. Harland and Wolff at Belfast, was completed in August, 1916, and her war service was similar to that of the Erebus.

The Terror was commissioned on September 2, 1984, as tender to the Excellent, Gunnery School at Porta- mouth, and the Erebus was reduced to special complement at Devonport on December 18, 1932, when she ceased to be used as cadets' training-ship, and has since been a tender to the Vivid. Since March 7 last Com. J. N. Felly has been in command of the Erebus.
