The Authority's de-, cision will be communicated to the Board of Trade for approval, but itis anderstood that the pilots in- tund i lodge an appeal against the reduction. The Barry Pilotage Au. thority has informed the Cardiff Pilotago Authority that they will not consider an amalgamation of the two services, as was, suggested by the Cardiff Authority, a
