The Cardif Pilotage Authority | have agreed by à majority vote to radues the pilotage charges by 101 per cent., or from 70 per cent. to B3 per cent, above the prewar loyuk This decision has been taken as a result of an application from the Cariff And Bristol Channel, Ship- owers Ansociation for a redacțion of 20 por cent. The Authority's de-, cision will be communicated to the Board of Trade for approval, but itis anderstood that the pilots in- tund i lodge an appeal against the reduction.
