The Crusader and Comet, the first 1,409 4,050

268 Royal dockyard-built destroyers, were named by Lady Waittell, wife of the Commander-in-Chief at Portsmouth, and Mrs. Kilson, wife of the Admiral Superintendent at Portsmouth Dockyard. Both, ves sels were laid down in No. 13 dry 7,439 dock last September, and are due for completion during the next financial year. The Nightingale, a new tender for the Mining School, was named by Mrs. Tillard, wife of the Captain of H.M.S. Vernon...
