New York, June Following many weeks of listless operations, prices on the Stock Market crashed to-day. Erices gave way he fore persistent bear" pounding. a huge volume of stocks being damp ed on the market; the turnover totalling 2,463,000 shares, in a two- hour, session of turious selling. A number of issues fell seven points while other more volatile stocks recorded spectacular losses. One of the most unsettling developments un announcemeat that the Stock Exchange had commissioned the Radio Corporation to omit their quarterly earnings from their state-Electric Bend & Share... inent in "view of the difficulties presented by recent changes in the Corporation's capital.

Wall Street for the past week has been flooded with bearish rumours, which helped to bring on to-day's rush of share-dumping.
New York, June 7-Bears on the New York Stock Exchange squeezed hard to-day, traders sold and prices dropped while the volume of trad- ing increased, says the daily review of the Dow Jones Financial News Agency.
The longs were forced to liquidate at a sacrifice. Many pivetal issues followed U.S. Steel on down ward course and a number of new seconds for 1930 was established. Steel closed at 164, 6 9 from yes- terday, with Bethlehem off a point to 36, Ludlum off 2), to 314, American Waterworks down 33 to 105 and the industrials in genera! making such a poor showing that the Dew Jones average for 30 issues was of 0.11, to 257,52

General Motors output declined 21 per cent. as compared with the previous corresponding period, on the other hand, and this news re sulted in a close of 47 for Motors, off 13. Chrysler FRA off 11 to 334 Packard was off to 10 and Hudson
was off half a point to 4 Mack Trucks was off lå to 69).
The Dow Jones average for 20 rails was off 1.27 to 130.86, Pean slvania was of 1 to 784, New York Central was of two points to to 100), Eric was off to 411 Canadian Pacific was off half a point to 199, Union Pacific was off 21 to 222, B. & O. was,of a point to 110 and Southern Pacific was one of the few gainers with a rise of an eighth to 1189.

T.260 81. Hongker Wharves can be placed at Tis. 265,
Lands, Hotels and Buildings.--- Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels have firmed up to 812:30, after sales at $12.15. A decline occurred in Hong Kong Lands to 680, but the tendency improved towards the close and buyers prevail at $84. Humphreys Estates were slightly lower and were placed at $10.00. Realtys after sales at 11 are on offer at 810.60. Shanghai Lands are still in request at Tla. 985.
Public Utilities.Hong Kong Trams were negotiated to a fair extent at $20.20/20.10. Hong Kong Electrics weakened at the outset and were sold down to 878. They Are, however, firmer again and buainess has been done at $80/90). Star Ferries are obtainable at 888. China Lights (Old) have further weakened and after touching 926, the market suddenly firmed and buyers are now offering 8213. Tele- phones were taken off the market
