A verdict of auicide by hanging was returned at the inquest on Capt. Ernest Taylor, of the Blue Funnel steamer Adrastus, who died aboard the ship as she was op- proaching Penang on July 7th.
The week-end freight returna showed that cargo imported into the Colony was at a low level. The tanks are designed to atore 230 tons of fuel oil, with which quantity the vessel will have a cruising radius of 10,000 miles at full speed.
