On account of constant buying of all grades of rice the rise in paddy is always increasing. It seems at present that the stocks of paddy are scarce and will hardly meet the requirements till the coming of the new crop expected here late Decem ber. Consequently the general tone of the market keeps very firma.

The enquiry for brokens is rather weak nt present. Prices remaja practically unchanged but this market is nevertheless very arm too.
